I host people during the summer in my apartment in Amsterdam and I am telling people who do n't have couchsurf how great it is

There are lots of things that grab my attention and make life engaging for me: reading books, swimming when it's raining, helping others, consume a delicous meal, Travelling to foreign countries, watching thought provoking movies, music, watching clouds in the sky, biking making corny jokes, studying psychology, watching the stars by night, preparing food (for others), driving a car, relax at the beach, surfing being open minded, doing some physical excersise, Meeting new interesting people

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have been to a meditation centre for ten day's. I was meditating for six hours a day and was not allowed to speak, write or make eye contact with other peopele. This was an intense course but very interesting. During my period there I experienced a special kind of serenity and really learned to appreciating silence.
