About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Intrinsic diving.

ABOUT ME

I am a student looking to work and get paid for what I love most: languages and cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Ghandi, MLK, Nelson Mandela ... LOVE

I also believe in living your life to the fullest. I haven't been doing that recently and I am excited that I will start to practice what I preach.

I'm sure everyone on Couch Surfing would agree with me when I say that one of the best parts about travelling is the people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have't participated much recently :( Due to circumstances I haven't been travelling or living with people that would permit others to sleep on the couch. BUT, alas, I am heading out for a few months and I plan on travelling as much as I can. I hope to finally take advantage of couchsurfing, I've hosted but I've never really surfed myself :(

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a host, but never a surfer. Meh.

Interests

Food (cooking, eating), IT, languages, traveling, people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just about anything linguistic. The Elegant Universe. Pour your heart into it. Los renglones torcidos de dios. El túnel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed the highest peak in the Pyranees ;)
Scuba dived in the Mediterranean
Mayan Ruins.
Niagra falls.
Seen the Pyramids of giza.
Sky dived
Santa speedo run (running in a speedo is harder than you think!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach english? Ha.

I like to listen, so I guess I'd be learning more than teaching?

I think one of the most important lessons I've learned has been about just doing what you want to do. I've grown up in a very structured society and family that doesn't accept the philosophy of couch surfing with total strangers, or that I would spend large parts of my life travelling to know the unique array of people and places in the world.

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Egypt, France, Germany, Honduras, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Spain, United States
