Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went on one trip to Aachen and really liked it. I went with a friend and we had a great host who let us sample his raw food cooking, took us to a local club one night and to a party the other night.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books (for example): Discworld, Song of Ice and Fire, the Name of the Wind, Night angle trilogy, Fall of Giants, Pillars of the Earth.

Music: (classic) rock /metal, Caro Emerald, Fiddler's green, Iron Maiden.

Movies: mostly things with some depth, like "Das Leben der Anderen" but I can also appreciate a good action movie when I'm in the mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the waterfalls of Iguazu, which were very impressive, even though the water was lower than usual.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a bit of Dutch or German, of course. I also know a bit about the local history of Nijmegen. I study chemistry, so I can tell you a bit about that.
