Well I use this spot more to say: What I can share with guests:

A nice place to stay. I can host 4 persons at the same time.
Unfortunately not directly in Amsterdam or a big city but in a town with direct train connections to Amsterdam 50min, Utrecht 80min, Haarlem 40min, Alkmaar (friday Cheesemarket) 10min and Den Helder to take the ferry to the island Texel. Even Nijmegen, but takes long.
Leiden is also possible with only 1 transfer.
