I am semi-retired but still do some work as a local radio presenter and party DJ. I currently live in a small village in a beautiful valley in South Wales with my husband and three large friendly rescue dogs. We have five grown up daughters and seven grandchildren.
My husband and I lived in Turkey 2007-2012. We have travelled quite a lot in the past but not so much nowadays as most trips abroad are to visit our children and grandchildren in Spain.
We enjoy meeting people from other communities and cultures and are proud to show off our own lovely local area.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of our daughters is a keen world traveller and often relies on the help and goodwill of total strangers. By offering a bed to travellers, we are simply paying forward a little kindness on her behalf.
