ABOUT ME

I love life for its simple pleasures. Fresh bread and squash soup. Hiking in the forest and swimming in the river. Evenings spent amongst good friends. Sleeping beside my lover. These are the things that feed me, keep me going strong and loving life.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal goal is to achieve grace in all things. To that end I try to stay positive, relaxed, and engaged.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not been very active in the US, but I hope to connect with the European CS community while I am here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only once reached out to stay with someone through Couch Surfing, back when I moved from the east coast to the west coast. I made a really great connection with my host and we have stayed in touch. I can only hope that my future experiences will be as fruitful.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Having spent a few years of my life working in video stores I know a thing or two about movies. Some odd-ball favorites include: The Station Agent, Big Night, L'aberge Espanol.

Music is really important to me. I listen compulsively, always exploring new artists and digging into new genres. Lately I've been enjoying lots of New Orleans flavored tunes. A little St. James Infirmary can go a long way!

I play a bit of acoustic guitar. Nothing fancy, just working-man's chords to songs I grew up with. I'll kick around some Neil Young, Beatles, John Prine, etc.
