About Me

ABOUT ME

One of the things I have been always struggling with is to create a self profile.
As everyone else here, I joined CouchSurfing because of my passion for travelling. Guess most of you are going to agree that it is addictive. Once you start, you don`t want to stop.

When I travel, I have one golden rule. Never make plans. And it has been working perfectly for me so far. No expectations, no planned routes as you never know who you going to meet out there, sometimes i am not even buying a travel guide and always end up having the time of my life.

I am positive, lively, respect other people`s opinions and really like the idea of being part of somebody else`s life for a day or two and vice versa.
I can`t offer a couch at the moment, but would love to share my travel stories in exchange of yours, getting and giving tips for places even the way you travel, joy, laughter, thoughts, music, books, drinks, food (love the cooking part). :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not really a movie fan, but here are some of the titles that really influenced me: Into the wild, 127 hours, Soul surfer, The drifter, A map for Saturday, November
Recent books I have read: Vagabonding and Marco Polo didn`t go there (both by Rolf Pots); Down Under (by Bill Bryson)
Music: Reggae, Ska, Jazz, Soul

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Couple of years ago, I climbed the famous Gloucester Tree (which is one of the three climbing trees in the park) in Gloucester National Park in Western Australia. It was about 65 metres tall and it was fitted with metal rungs, which allow you to climb to the top and then you can stay on a small wooden platform and to enjoy a beautiful sunset view.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Laos, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Bulgaria, United Kingdom
