ABOUT ME

I try to combine work and play as much as possible. The best way to do this: networking. I love to get to know what people enjoy doing both professionally and for fun. I always keep this in the back of my head. I like to connect people that will benefit one another :)

PHILOSOPHY

There are hundreds of different cultures and walks of life. Who are you to say one is the best? I believe that as long as a person is not offending or harming another, he/she should be allowed to do what makes him/her happiest. That said, I want to experience the different walks of life so I can better understand me, you, and humanity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had many friends and friends of friends who have wanted to visit the location where I am living or have lived. I try to be as good an ambassador as possible. I give great recommendations of things to do, try to introduce you to people in the area, and can translate if it is a language I know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unofficially (off the site) a lot! This is what Russians do. When you travel you either stay at friends or literally ask old ladies at the bus/train station who rent out their extra rooms. Also I was in college, so lots of experience sleeping on couches.

Interests

Travel, language and linguistics, going out to bars and pubs (I am not a clubber, but can be convinced), being active, laughing, sharing life stories and experiences.
