I work in algo trading and programming, so my weekdays are usually screen-heavy, but I try to balance it with some yoga, meditation, or just getting outside when I can. I’ve been trying to live a more conscious and healthy life lately.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m here because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds. I think Couchsurfing is more than just free accommodation — it’s about sharing stories, learning how others live, and seeing places from a local’s perspective.

I don’t like the touristy way of traveling. I’d rather sit with someone over a cup of tea, walk through local streets, and talk about life, culture, and random things. I believe real experiences come from real people, and Couchsurfing is the perfect place for that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once solo-travelled to the Himalayas with no fixed plan — just a backpack, offline maps, and trust in strangers. Ended up trekking with locals, staying in remote villages, and finding peace I didn’t know I was looking for.
