About Me
Hi, I’m Diyan!
I’m an ordinary woman who loves traveling, sharing stories, exchanging experiences, and learning new things from the people I meet along the way.
I’m also a mom — I have a 3-year-old child, and one of my biggest dreams is to travel the world together with my little family. I want my child to grow up learning from every journey we take, meeting different cultures, and seeing how people live in other parts of the world.
I’m friendly, open-minded, and always happy to connect with new people. Whether it’s talking about everyday life, culture, food, or personal journeys, I enjoy meaningful conversations that broaden my perspective.
I may not always be able to host, but I love meeting travelers, sharing tips about my city, or simply exchanging stories over coffee or a meal.
Looking forward to meeting wonderful people from around the world. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I use Couchsurfing to meet people from different backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles. I love hearing travel stories, learning about other countries, and gaining new perspectives.
Even when I can’t host due to limited space, I’m always happy to:
meet up for coffee or a walk
show travelers around my city
help with local tips
exchange stories and experiences
For me, Couchsurfing is about human connection, not just a place to sleep.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don’t have just one — but here are some of the most meaningful things I’ve done in my life:
- Building a family and raising my child for the past 3 beautiful years.
- Traveling solo to Cambodia and discovering my own strength along the way.
- Meeting inspiring people in every journey, each of them teaching me something valuable.
- Surviving a financial breakdown, staying strong through the lowest moments, and rising again.
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe every person I meet has something to teach me.
So if our paths cross, I hope we can share something meaningful — even if it’s just a small moment.
What I Can Share with Hosts
- Stories about Indonesia and local culture
- Recommendations for food, places, and hidden gems in Solo / Central Java
- Simple Indonesian dishes or snacks
- Warm company and good conversation
- Parenting and family-travel experiences
- Language exchange (English–Indonesian)
I may not be able to host right now because I recently moved to a smaller home, but I’m always open to meeting up and helping travelers in any way I can.
