About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get my life temporary back in order by finding a real job

ABOUT ME

Well currently I am at an internet cafe in Phnom Penh (the lovely capital of Cambodia). That maybe describes a fair bit about me.

Oh, right, I'm broke, flying to Auckland New Zealand in 2 days and have yet to find myself a job. If anyone knows of any environmental/sustainability engineering companies looking for employees let me know.

PHILOSOPHY

My existance on this planet is inherently absurd. Thus it is my project to create something uniquely mine in an otherwise state of superfluidity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Oh, so far, I have yet to participate at all in the CS project. Ummm i'm hoping some kind soul will put me up in Auckland NZ until I find a job. THEN I can get myself an apartment and offer up my couch to weary travellers like myself who need: a place to crash, travel advice, friendly conversation, or many many cups of tea.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am reading Dostoyevsky. I'm sure most of his genius is lost to me. But the tidbits that I grasp are absolute gold.
The only movies i've seen lately were in Khmer, and therefore I had no idea what was going on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once was forced to walk a broken bicycle 14km down the beach of Fraser Island (in Australia) being followed by Dingoes (who were thankfully friendly) until an amazingly generous couple picked me up and saved the day. AND I even managed to fix my bike and continue my bike trip down the east coast of AUS

Teach, Learn, Share

hmmmmm. I love cooking, well vegan cooking to be exact. I could probably share that, and probably learn from anyone else who is into cooking.

I know a bit about environmental and world issues.

I guess I have an engineering degree too....

I like discussing music, poetry, books, and politics, and like hear other peoples theories/view points
