Greetings, pleased to meet you! I’ve been doing a whole lot of house-sitting lately, which is a pretty fantastic way to travel and get to know places. But sometimes it’s nice to get to actually hang out a little with the person(s) who live in the place I’m staying at, instead of just filling in when they’re gone.

Best to make friends wherever one goes… and isn’t it so much richer to explore places in the company of someone who knows that place? Yessss

I often don’t live anywhere exactly, and so often don’t have a place to host from, but when I have the means I do love to put someone up too!

兴趣

Plants- observing them, caring for them, sniffing them, eating them, making them into medicine, meditating with them…

Dance- l love a little structure to my dance whether it be contra, Zumba, salsa, line-dancing, etc… I love to watch dancers of all kinds. I also enjoy a solo ecstatic dance party, but it’s rare that I can let that loose in the presence of others.

Architecture- so fun to check out all the types of building that there are, especially by getting to live in some briefly! But also just on walks by looking around. I’d love to learn to build naturally- with passive solar, and mud and such.

Mending- clothes, homes, relationships, the world- that’s a lofty one, I know. Not sure if it’s possible, but it is of interest. At moments, I’m not sure if it’s necessary either, the world being its own mix of wonderful and awful- and which is which depends of course on one’s perspective. And could one exist without the other?

I enjoy a documentary or fantasy movie or book now and again, but mostly prefer to live the fantasy/documentary... I love at least something or 2 in just about every genre of music, but you might find me listening to or creating something moody with a pinch of goth more often than not.

I can make you a meal, clean up after myself, and then some. For hosts with pets, I’d be more than happy to help cuddle, play, walk and clean up after them. Or if you’ll be gone and need a pet-sitter, I could take it all on.
