About Me

Hey there!

I'm currently loving life on a university exchange in Vancouver, Canada, I will be here for all of 2020. I was born in England but grew up in the beautiful New Zealand, soon after I finished my schooling in 2015 I moved to England to work and travel. I returned at the end of 2017 and worked until I started university in Auckland, New Zealand in 2019. I am now in my second year of three at university and came to Canada to see more of the world, meet some amazing people, and experience studying in a different country. I am an outgoing, respectful and kind young man

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I view Couchsurfing as an amazing opportunity to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds, and also as we all know locals always have knowledge of the best places to visit and things to experience.

Interests

I am an avid football fan and predominantly watch the English premier league but also watch football from many different leagues and competitions. I also enjoy watching and talking about various other sports such as rugby, volleyball and boxing.

Music, Movies, and Books

The music I generally listen to is hip hop/rap, with my top 3 artists currently being J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Russ. I also really enjoy more chill music and indie rock, people such as The Weeknd, Berhana, The Arctic Monkeys, and Tame Impala. My favourite movie would have to be Avatar (with the blue people), watching it when it came out was incredible as it revolutionised the standard of special effects in the film industry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would say my Contiki trip around Europe has by far been one of the most amazing experiences I have had so far in my life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some great conversations, I am a very open person and love hearing people's points of view, and overall view of the world and life in general.
