About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live by the words: "Nothing ventured, nothing gained"

ABOUT ME

I truly do try to live according to the phrase "nothing ventured, nothing gained." I may be young, but I'd like to think that I've experienced a lot in my years... been to a lot of places, done a lot of out-of-the-ordinary things.
I'm somewhat of a collector of stories and so I love to tell them and love to hear about others' adventures. Most of all, I'd say I just like living life.

PHILOSOPHY

nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I currently rent a room in a house in Encinitas so I don't actually have a real couch to offer; sorry =( All I got is floor space so you'd probably be more comfortable somewhere else but I guess the main reason I'm here is to meet other travelers, get some news ideas and maybe share some of my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Closest thing to couchsurfing that I do a lot would be road tripping. We'll occasionally stay at a friend's place here and there but mostly just sleep and live out of the car. I suppose it's not terribly healthy (being that we live off of Ramen noodles and mac and cheese), or hygienic, but it sure is a fun time.

Interests

most anything outdoors, especially if it involves the ocean; movies; cards; science

  • cheese

Music, Movies, and Books

LOTR trilogy, Boondock Saints, Shawshank Redemption, Fiddler on the Roof, 300, Terminator 2, Hero

As far as music, most anything except for country (with a few minor exceptions... I mean, who doesn't like Johnny Cash?) and I generally lean most to alternative rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't pinpoint just one; wouldn't be fair to the rest

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Canada, France, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Romania, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
