One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

went temporarily blind in my left eye while camping on a glacier in Patagonia on Mount Tronador, had to walk 13 miles out to the nearest hospital, took antibiotics, and then hiked back up the next day.

Ice climbed in a crevasse in a Patagonia glacier (same trip).

Almost got mugged in Nicaragua.

Crashed a motorcycle on a volcanic island in Nicaragua.

Spent a day in a Peruvian police station with my friend who got robbed and was there while he was made to witness a cavity search of the taxi driver who robbed us.
