About Me
After 12 years of hitchhiking and exploring the World, it was time to turn inward and focus on strengthening myself rather than nurturing relationships. I deleted all my social media, focused on training and eating right and creating a sustainable and healthy, balanced lifestyle that promotes longevity.
I met so many amazing people, seen way more places I will ever remember and discovered my inner strength that connects with my intuition to drive me in whatever I do in life.
If the names: Pavel Tsatsouline, Dan John, Steve Cotter or Al Kavaldo mean anything to you, we're gonna have sooo much fun!
From Exupery’s Little Prince (one of the best books every written) – “He who would travel happily must travel light.” Travel light. Light in weight, body, spirit and mind. Leave all that holds you back behind. Don’t look back. Forge the future, walk on the path to enlightenment and just relax. Everything will be alright as long as you learn to be easy. Be at ease with people, in conversations, in difficult situations. Be easy in your head when having to make a decision. Follow your instinct and listen to the voices within. They will guide. It’s the traveler inside you speaking to you. Embrace it’s wisdom. Travel light in spirit. Respect other religions, cultures, learn from them, shape yourself to the image of perfection, make it reality. Love others as you love yourself, always help, be there, listen. Listening can be the best teacher together with the past. Light = ease = freedom.
Life is like this: we desire certainty but we're traveling with uncertainty.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A journey is best measured in friends, rather then miles.
If you’re not living on the edge, you’re taking up too much space
When you’re traveling, you are what you are right there and then. People don’t have your past to hold against you. No yesterdays on the road.
Because I have space and food to share: and that's as basic it gets.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling is a brutality. It forces you to trust strangers and to lose sight of all that familiar comfort of home and friends. You are constantly off balance. Nothing is yours except the essential things - air, dreams, sleep, the sea, the sky - all things tending towards the eternal or what we imagine of it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: how to set a proper fire, cook with minimal resources, scouts knots, play the accordeon, how to get fit - the right way.
Learn: cultures, traditions, secrets of the ancestors.
Share: survive tips, hitch-hiking tips, travel experience, the meaning of my life in exchange for yours
The thing I fear most in life is also the motivator to whatever I do. I follow my heart, my spirit. I am and I belong where my heart is!
Most people reflect back on their lifes when they retire (if not earlier) and regret all the things they didn’t do for various reasons. The things they didn’t DO when they had the time/energy/money/courage/determination to DO it. I don’t wish this for anyone, ever! Do the things that make you happy. Find the purpose of your life and invest in it! The biggest investment you can make for the future is to enjoy the present. Find what you love to do and direct all your energy in doing it. Be nice. Smile. Enjoy! Annnndddd for fuck’s sake: TRAVEL LIGHT!
And remember, always remember when you set out for a new country: When you travel remember that a foreign country is not design to make you comfortable. It’s design to make its own people comfortable.
As all great travelers I’ve seen more then I can remember and I remember more then I’ve seen! But that’s just fine!
Lay back and prepare for an adventure of a lifetime! Mine, yours: A LIFE! One! Only one! We don’t choose it, but we sure as well have to rock the living hell out of it!
