我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Less active since 2011, but using this app to meet people while traveling now and then.

I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and learn and share world views, life perspectives and just meet another fellow human. After all we are all the same. :)

I have been active at CS social gatherings and meetings in the Stockholm society 2009-2011, attended three great midsummer celebrations, guided 20 guests from CS Helsinki around Stockholm for a day and organized International Pillow Fight Day 2010 and 2011.

I have hosted and met up with surfers quite a bit 2010-2011 and it has been amazing every time. Usually though its mostly coffee/drink, which in my case means ice cream in the park. :)

I have surfed in Riga and Budapest, where I spend a week taking driving lessons also. Both times visiting CS friends I'd met earlier in Stockholm.

2013 I drove around Europé with my car, and visited former CS guests in Poland, Budapest and Slovenia. :-)

兴趣

Tango, blues dance, swimming, photography, openhearted friendly and social people, life, science, growing exotic plants, cooking, eating and singing.

I enjoy meeting new friendly kind and fun people, new experiences, learning, seeing and trying new things. Like climbing, scuba diving, free diving (awesome!) diving from trampoline to silver smithing and cooking food. I love working with my hands.

And sometimes I just want to sit in the nature in a calm sunny spot, enjoy the sun and read a good book.

Falling in love
Singing in a choir for 6 years
Free diving to 20 meters depth (three times!) in Thailand
Spending eight years dancing tango and five learning to swim freestyle.
All the amazing friends I've met and made and the ones I have yet to meet. :-)
