I'm a technical writer for a software company and I'm traveling and working remotely. I love reading a non-fiction, fiction, and short story book all in parallel so I can switch it up every day. I enjoy listening to podcasts and walking around new cities. I love craft cocktails and spirit infusions - especially from unexpected sources. I like deep house or anything I can awkwardly shuffle around to while not touching anyone. I love all food and appreciate an amazing meal, but nothing tastes better than something being super cheap from a street cart ordered in broken English and wondering what it is while I eat it (I have an iron stomach).

The only thing I love more than dogs is cats and I'm hoping to find spaces with both (why is there no filter for that?). Internet is also crucial to me for my job and general sanity. I'm traveling in Spanish speaking countries to improve my Spanish but want to stay with an English speaking host. I won't talk your ear off but sometimes I just want to ask how to complete a simple task that I don't yet have the words for, like how to order a Boulevardier or why people still say 'hot' and 'selfie' in Spanish??? Why???

I enjoy movies that challenge me, my worldview, my emotional capacity, anything.

Books are my favorite medium ever - some favorite authors: Douglas Adams, Hemingway, William Gibson, Kundera...I could really go on forever. I'm working to get fluent enough to read in Spanish.
