ABOUT ME

We are a couple, and we recently got MARRIED :D in Berlin (not possible in Poland, unfortunately...)

Marta: I am 30 and I work as a medical doctor (right now in training for Family Medicine). I try hard to understand this crazy world around, so I read quite a lot, and watch lots of TEDs (if you don't know it, go and check ted.com, obligatorily!:) I enjoy some healthy, veggie, colourful cooking (sometimes I tend to treat it religiously). I sing. I sail. I sew. I meditate (some Buddhist experiences). Addicted to coffee, unfortunately.

Izabella: I am 45. I'm passionate about films and photography. At the moment I work in an advertising company, as a printer(ess). However, I feel myself quite close-to-earth... so I would love to live and work close to nature. I've learned the art of beekeeping, and now studying Agriculture at a university.
I'm also interested in motorcycles, especially old ones, and I have my own lovely Honda, which already took us for a few holiday trips. And from time to time I like to have some good beer - the more bitter the better:>

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Marta: I used to CS a lot (both as guests and hosts) together with my younger sister Julia, and we always loved it :) Julia still lives with our parents, and is still an active CS user.

Marta + Iza: So far, as guests, we had some absolutely lovely experiences in Berlin, herzliche Grüße für unsere Freunde!:)
...and unfortunately one very bad experience in some rural region of northern Poland, where we were hosted by a very dishonest and hateful woman ...

Anyway, we don't lose our hearts for CS!

We live together in Kraków, with three cats. We move around the city mostly by bikes, sometimes outside the city as well; we like hiking in the mountains very much. Here in Kraków we take part in lots of cultural events, especially concerts. We are both vegetarians. In general, we try to live eco-friendly and mindfully.
