Interests

Swimming and biking.
I hate sweating, so swimming seems a good idea for me. After I learned all the four ways to swim, I believe that this is the sport I have to develop to be my lifetime sports.
Biking is a lot of fun, I have to go around in my home univerisity (National Taiwan University) and also in my exchange university (Leiden University). So good to feel the wind blowing and the way how things will pass when I am on the bike.

Music, Movies, and Books

Actually, I have been thinking about this question for so long. I can't really give a specific answer, really.
I'm a curious driven person. I try everything I can (as long as it won't hurt me).
It really depends on the mood and feeling.
Sometimes, I'll just have the feeling to have a romance, then watching a romance movie or reading a romantic book will be perfect.
Sometimes, I'll feel that I have to let my emotion out, I want to cry. Then some sad movies and some soul comforting books will just be great.
I listen to classical music when I was doing serious homework, so that I can think more clearly. However, I still enjoy pop music just like most of the people.
I have to have some time not doing specific anything every day. Some French music will be my best partners during these times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stay alive under the crazy circumstances.
It all happened before the day when I took off from the Netherlands to Spain. I am saving money, so I bought cheap airline ticket. The flight is quite early in the morning so I decided to go to the Eindhoven airport the night before departing. It was snowing so the traffic is crazy. It took me over 7 hours to get to Eindhoven train station, which usually only takes 2 hours. Then, when I arrived, the train station is closed and there is no bus operation. My companion and I have to take a taxi to the airport. To our surprise, the airport was closed during night time. We tried to spend the night at a bar, but there is no bar open till 2 in the morning. Staying in a hotel for one night is also not a feasible solution for us. So we decided to search for the local police station to see if we can sit in a corner and hope the sun comes up. On the way we tried to search for the police station, I saw a cargo company. They are still open!!! We went there and asked. They are so kind that they agree to let us in and even give us a cup of hot tea. In the morning, they even drove us to the airport.
This is like a dream for me. I have never done these kind of thing before. Really dangerous but also this makes me feel in love with humanity. People do help each other!

What I want to do this year. I came here to collect different stories. The best way is to exchange stories. I believe that everyone has his/her own story that worth I appreciate. Stories are what we have done what we have left to our beloved life.
