I really like going abroad to know foreign people and different cultures. I Often used my work to let me live and work outside my hometown and my country; and of course to get new life-work experiences.

I'm a real passionate about food-wine and i like to share this and others of my passions with foreign people.

I'm interested in cinema, classical (not contemporary classical composer)and especially baroque music, art (not to much contemporary art), photographie, windsurfing, jazz (blues, manouche, vocal and many others kind of jazz), enogastronomy, furniture design, food (healthy, gourmet or wherever but should be tasty!)and wine and good beer of course

Decided to spend the vacation of my 18 years old going alone in NY for 3 month working in fancy restaurants kitchens without any raccomandations or contacts
at the place of going in Italy to the sea side with my friends/ex girlfriend
