Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
exploring my new home in the Rogue Valley.
ABOUT ME
Things you could do if you stay here in our patch of forest: hiking around these 20 hectares, bicycle pub crawl of Ashland happy hours, potluck, dance, pull things out of the garden and eat them, camp, etc. Things I'll want to do if I stay with you: whatever you suggest. I like to think I'm very impressionable. I am torn between my wanderlust and the recognition that Ashland is probably the very best home for me. So I think I'll stay here and host couchsurfers in between my own travel bouts.
PHILOSOPHY
constant improvement.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
film: i am on a big documentary kick lately. I really liked both Grizzly Man and Cane Toads.
music: all of it. lately: Steel Pulse, Amalia Rodrigues, Cornelius. all over the place.
reading: i prefer classics. lately: anything written by Kurt Vonnegut. also Derrick Jensen and Howard Zinn are heroes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am neither tall nor muscular, but there is a small village called Kanowit on Borneo where people gawk at me on the street and call me 'The Rock'.
Teach, Learn, Share
i grow a lot of food, fix a lot of bicycles, and i recently moved into cute little house in a forest just outside of town. i'm happy to share any and all.
