ABOUT ME

I am an outgoing, creative, open-minded work-a-holic. The only thing I do harder than work is play. I am always trying new things and dragging my friends into crazy situations.

PHILOSOPHY

When I die, I want to be exhausted. I don't want to lie on my death bed thinking I had a comfortable, safe life. Frankly, I want to die the same way I lived my life, with a smile on my face big enough to keep everyone guessing what crazy plan I have concocted this time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started this so I am not quite sure how this works yet. I met a woman on a train heading from Prague to Wroclaw who told me I should check it out. So I am checking it out =)

Interests

I have a bucket list that I am constantly working through. This past year I have crossed off hitchhiking, paintball, and currently I am training to run the ING New York Marathon.
I like camping, hiking, and being outdoors. I love traveling and even spent half a year studying and traveling in Europe before graduating college.
I read a lot and I love watching movies (even bad ones).

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Most Quentin Tarantino movies, Dark comedies like Little Miss Sunshine and American Psycho, comedies with Will Ferrell like Elf and Step Brothers, Marvel Comics movies, Especially The Dark Knight! Classic Disney movies are always a win! I like just about everything... But horror and gore.

Music: House music, rock, alternative, r&b, some rap... Basically everything but heavy metal, country, and folk. I really like bands like Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, The Killers, Bob Marley, and Radiohead.

Books: I don't know whatever is good, I read a lot. Right now I am half way done the last book of The Millennium Trilogy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participated in a hitchhiking race across Europe. Slept in front of gas stations and met some really interesting people along the way. Made it from Wroclaw, Poland to Barcelona, Spain in 30 hours! I highly recommend trying it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I really want to learn to do a cartwheel. I have a really bad fear of plunging myself knowingly face first into the ground. **I can't dive either**
