ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing friendly young woman from the Netherlands. At the moment I'm following a research master Urban Studies in Amsterdam. From September onwards I'll be in Vancouver to follow some courses at UBC and conduct fieldwork. But before that I plan to travel around in BC and Alberta.

Although I focus on the urban environment in my professional life, I love being in the nature and I'm super excited to see the beauty of Canada.

I'm used to traveling solo, and quite independent, however I believe couch surfing is about having nice connections, so if you have time I like to spend some together, maybe hiking or cooking something. However, if not no problem either :).

It's a great way to travel without having to contribute to fast consuming tourism. I like to, as far that's possible, truly meet people and get to know a place.

I'm not looking for a date or a cheap place to stay (shouldn't be necessary to mention this, but just in case ;))
