My name is Dolma Tsering Lama and I am from Himalayan parts of Nepal so, I follow Tibetan cultures but I am still a Nepali. I finished my schooling till grade 10 in Nepal and got selected for a scholarship opportunity in the International school of Asia, Karuizawa (ISAK). Currently, I am a Grade 11 student at ISAK, Japan.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because I am taking Japanese Abi nitio as my second language and we have to find host parents and stay with a Japanese family and experience Japanese culture. This is our Japanese project and we will be graded too.

音乐、电影和书籍

I love Music. I listen to all type of songs. English, Korean, Nepali, Tibetan and hindi songs. I love Dancing too. Since I am a Film student, I love movies. I love reading novels. I used to read a lot when I was in Nepal but since I came to ISAK, I haven't had enough time to read.

I went to volunteering services called "Earthquake Relief Program" to distribute foods and clothes to rural areas in Nepal during Earthquake.

I can teach you how to Dance: Nepali, Tibetan, Bollywood, English and Korean.
Same goes with the Languages. I can share Tibetan traditions and cultures and Nepali food.
I can learn Japanese culture and language. I can also learn how to cook Japanese food.
