I can say I have a good life.. It's very dynamic with a tough job & hobbies & friends, all of which I take serious and spend considerable time for.

For sports, I play squash and tennis, run, swim or move however I can.
I feel good when I eat good food and sometimes cook, and enjoy drinking with friends.
Travelling has become a habit, as I travel often locally or internationally
