I've just recently got back into fitness and activities - recently discovering Via Ferrata!!! It's amazing...

Otherwise I'm into yoga, dance, rock climbing, cycling, music: gigs, performance, jamming, dj'ing - or just listening to other people's taste in music. Oh yes, and food!!! 😃

I'm also quite a big fan of meditation and mindfulness.

And love going to art galleries and museums.
