ABOUT ME

I just really like meeting and getting to know people. I am not the greatest story teller yet I do like listening to stories some of which one might even call boring. I love photography and films and if you do so as well, we shouldn't run out of conversation material.

Since October '13 I am a cinematography student at Potsdam's film school.

I am trying to figure it out. Guess this is a longtime-engagement.

Hosting and surfing. Not right now, though. My little baby boy was born this year :) !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing in Iceland. Definately awesome. How much one can learn by sharing and listening in only a few hours is incredible.

Photography, film, history, current news, music, philosophy, cooking (well.. I guess I like eating a lot more), and - of course - travelling!

Música, películas y libros

My favorite author is Friedrich Duerrenmatt. His work is inspiring, though, at times a little saddening as well.

When it comes to movies I have to admit that I like too many to post them in my profile. Lynch is a magnificent director, though, And I love the photography of Emmanuel Lubezki. Terrence Malik is another outstanding director. So is Quentin Terentino. And Lars von Trier. Dariusz Wolski would be another inspiring director of photography!

I enjoy various types of music. From electronic sounds to acoustic tracks. Since I play the guitar myself I am always up for some nice guitar-based songs!
