Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Born and raised as a Gentenaar, I can show you some nice parts of my favorite city in Belgium. I used to work as a bartender in a beer house so if you want a taste, I can guide you through our tradition.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was introduced to the CS concept by a friend who recently moved into my house. After he invited some couch surfers, I instantly loved it.

Interests

I like hiking and biking and most other sports that have something to do with water (swimming, diving, surfing, sailing, skiing,...).
Recently I've started dancing Lindy Hop which has been really fun.
I love drawing, it makes me feel connected to people, places or a certain moment. I am very interested in learning new music, even though I don't play an instrument. I love going to festivals or small bar concerts. When traveling I try to take that one good picture that grasps a moment.

After a trip or a great experience the sense of clinging on to it always strikes me as something not to be lost in the normal day to day - the great trip is over but I think it is good to let yourself be a little changed by it so as to take it with you.
