Dominic has a Bachelor's degree in engineering physics and is 99% done his Master's and Estelle has a Bachelor's with a double major in Anthropology and Sociology. Together we have a pretty large spectrum of knowledge! And we see and learn amazing things everyday when travelling :)

Fun fact: Canadians actually do make maple taffee by pouring boiled maple syrup on snow and then rolling it up with a wooden stick when it because sticky! And it's the best thing in the world
