About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get my Bachelor studies done in less than 6 years and always remember to enjoy every day =)

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a 26 year old German who fails to fulfill most German stereotypes =).
I grew up in a Bavarian village & small town area which can be pretty nice, but it became terribly boring - so I decided to explore more of our planet after I left school and I didn't stop since.

Currently, I'm trying to get a Bachelor degree in Economics done, but it takes quite a while when the real world and people are obviously so much more interesting than books about them.

My free time is filled up with a good share of sports of all kinds and good talks with friends and strangers.

PHILOSOPHY

More consumption than necessary doesn't increase happiness, so I try to keep things simple and expenses low, there are better things to do than to work towards a Porsche.

Music, Movies, and Books

Yes, all three of them!
But seriously, I used to play bass guitar and sing in a rockband, so that kind of follows me around 'till this day.

I always used to read a lot, unfortunately the literature has changed from fiction to study scripts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent one year after my High school graduation in Nepal as Marketing Assistant of a Fair Trade company. The view on the snow-capped Himalayas every morning from the rooftop with a coffee might just be one of the best memories.

After that, I started a small import business for Nepali handicrafts and lived for more than a year in the North of Germany in an international student community where English became my daily language. Every student party of this international group taught me more than any intercultural seminar could have done, particularly about drinking habits all around the world =).

In 2014 I stayed in India for a few months doing an internship at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Bangalore, next stop will be China =)

Teach, Learn, Share

I helped international students in Germany with Visa affairs, resident offices, insurance, bank account, students' accommodation etc.
I'm happy to help everyone looking to study or do a language course/ Au Pair etc. in Germany with Information.

Beside my studies, I'm often involved in some small- & start up businesses, lately especially in Munich, where I work in Business development.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a sound understanding of German language and used to teach a lot of foreigners who taught me their respective mother tongues.

Furthermore, if you ever intend to visit Germany and you need to know how to get around by public transport, get a cheap SIM-card or apply for studies, I'm always in to help.
