CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to find a way of creating/finding the ultimate life experience that I and everyone can appreciate... Still haven't got the faintest idea what that is yet!

ABOUT ME

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy.. hmm that's a tough one. I reckon it would be on the lines of "don't categorise yourself", and just wanting to experience every morsel life throws at me. I live life because I'm one of the lucky ones, I won the race (if you get my drift). So I would do the trillions of human beings that could have potentially been born a huge disservice by not experiencing the universe as thoroughly as I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm all very new to couch surfing, but I hope to meet some great people and experience some good times through this! I've already met some pretty cool people on here, so if that's anything to go by, then I imagine I'm going to have some great experiences on CS!

Música, películas y libros

Jazz, funk, bee bop, folk, world, bluegrass, a bit of any music really, if it makes my foot tap it's good enough for me!
I'm not a huge movie person, although I love watching them, I can't say I'm a connoisseur! It's got to have substance, but I'm not a picky film watcher. Some of my favourite films include The Godfather, Dances With Wolves, Touching the Void, In Bruge, The Commitments, Stone of Destiny, LOTR (obviously), The Wind That Shakes the Barley.
Books include anything historical or factual, but I do like a bit of fiction every now and then! Authors, poets and playwrites would include Dr. Gabor Maté, Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens, Seamus Heany, Samuel Beckett, Tolkien, Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, Neil Oliver, Joe Simpson.

I can teach GCSE and A-level science, I am also learning to become an instrument maker (specifically wooden flutes and Uilleann pipes), I've got a lot of experience in wood turning. I can garden and share any experience I have with horticulture as well. Likewise I can also learn a lot more in all of these fields, I guess as could anyone in the things they do and teach.
