One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Romania and looked after orphans during summer hols at Uni - I found it incredibly tough.
Travelled across East Africa on a truck safari, about to do a 10K run for guide dogs and arthritis research.

I teach trainee family doctors (GP's) which I find inspiring.
I love mindfulness and exploring the mind.
