ABOUT ME

Recently I began studying Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, but I don't want to define myself through my education/profession - and I also don't want to spend all of my time on it!
Therefore I'd like to use my semester breaks for traveling and seeing the world. I love nature (I grew up in a village, maybe that's part of the reason...) but for my studies I had to move to the city - so there's a bit of a lack concerning natural environment...
So when traveling and visiting foreign countries I'm especially liking places with breathtaking and enjoyable nature: the Alps, Washington State, German Forests etc.
I enjoyed every single one of these places, but still: there is so much more to see! And I would really like to explore it - not just through a screen, but with my own eyes.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we do not live this life without a purpose. God created each and every one of us and he has a plan for us: if we let him speak into our lives, this life will be joyful and meaningful!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I won't be able to host any persons as I live in a student's hostel and space is limited... But to everyone that welcomes me in their homes: I will be very thankful and participating/helping in any way I can! I'm not the kind of guy that just leans back and exploits other people (despite the fact that I'm studying Business Administration :P ) - so, relax :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First time ever climbing an 80m rock - that was pretty amazing!

Also "ordinary" things like the sunset, sun breaking through a foggy day or certain animals always get me now and again :)
