Overview
About Me
Hello, my name is Dominik and I am a secondary school teacher from Frankfurt currently taking time off from school and working as a special needs educator in a small town north of the city. I am also a licensed chess trainer and coach kids in a local chess club. In my free time I enjoy reading (mostly biographies and books about history), watching movies or series and going to fleamarkets. I am not a party person, but once or twice a week I meet with friends to play cards or board games.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems to be a great way for young people with a limited budget to explore the world. There is enough room in my apartment, so why not host some of them? I am looking forward to meeting people from all other the world and helping them to discover Frankfurt.

Teach, Learn, Share
I have been living in Frankfurt for more than twenty years and have worked as a tour guide when I was a student. So if you're interested in the history of this city, I will tell you all you want to know and even more.
Chess is a big part of my life. If you are interested, I can teach you how to play or help you improve.
