ABOUT ME

Hi there!

My name is Dominique and I am living in a small flat close to the center of Cologne. My quarter goes by the name of Ehrenfeld which is a really colourful and interesting neighbourhood. There are lots of clubs, galleries, restaurants of all sorts of food, shops and events such as live music. By underground or by bike you can reach Colognes hotspots within a few minutes.

Something about me: The reason why I joined couchsurfing is because I got to live with a nice host on my recent trip to Ethiopia. He is a very experienced host to couchsurfers and inspired me a lot. So here I am ready to help visitors to get to know the area. I am convinced by the idea of couchsurfing because getting in touch with locals will add spice to every journey.
I live on my own with some space to share for 1 or 2 persons.
So if you want to visit our Cologne and spend some time at a local guy's place: there you go!

PHILOSOPHY

If I have something like a personal philosophy that is worth to be mentioned right here then it's this one:
I believe things in live are often taken way too serious.
That is why I like to laugh and have fun.
One way to get there is sharing time with people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed one man's couch in Addis Abbeba Ethiopia. The guy is not able to travel a lot so he is exploring the world throughout his guests. That's what I call a win-win situation!

兴趣

Because I cannot travel to much I do sports and dancing to keep myself moving.
I also like music and reading because music and literature move my thoughts.
And I love talking and listening to people and especially to my friends.
