Travelling enthusiast, who loves experiencing new cultures, food and backgrounds. I've graduated from University of Coventry, United Kingdom in 2013 and worked in hotel industry since then. I'm a big Olympic Games fan, visited London 2012 & Rio 2016 Olympic games. Rio de Janeiro trip in August was my first trip outside Europe and it was mind blowing. The culture, the celebrations, parties, food, beaches, nature and a lot of smiles made this trip a big highlight of my life. I'm a big Concert junkie who has seen a few Great artists. For example, as for 2016 I've seen Adele, Bruce Springsteen, AC/DC and Coldplay. 2017 started with Red Hot Chilli Peppers at Air Canada Centre and it was a Real Blast. Canadians know how to Rock!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I do believe that by meeting somebody from a totally different background you can learn a lot and improve so many skills - like communication and positivity. I have done couchsurfing once in Sweden and it was a phenomenal experience - during that 1 week of visit I stayed through 3 different hosts. It was great! During the stay I could tell my stories of traveling abroad, best places to visit in Europe, best live concert to go to, best bars attend in Eastern Europe!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to Classical and Rock music. Also, a fan of Jazz, R&B and Pop. I'm a big fan of Coldplay and have seen them live more than once. Once I went to see their gig wearing an Elephant costume at Wembley stadium, London 2016.

Love watching all sorts of movies, except horror. Just don't enjoy it as I get scared very quickly lol.

I'm a fan Dan Brown's master pieces like 'Angels and Demons' and similar authors like Ken Follett 'The Pillars of the Earth', Robert Ludlum 'The Bourne Identity' and David Baldacci 'Absolute Power'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I went to see Coldplay concert at Wembley stadium wearing an Elephant costume. As it was a summer time, it was pretty hot wearing it but still managed to get into front of the stage. I had a poster made saying 'Chris, need an elephant on stage?'. Chris Martin saw the poster and invited me to come up but the security stopped me. I am planning of doing something similar in the future.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basics in Lithuanian and Russian languages. Also, can teach how to get cheaper tickets for concerts and sporting events in Europe and North America.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The best thing I believe an individual can share is a great experience a memories from travelling and meeting differeint poeple all around the world. The stories of how you got late into your flight, being lost in touristy places, finding cheaper deals, travelling on a budget.

I have a fairly old camera which I really need to change. However, I keep the best photos from my trips in there since 2011. I hope to make some great photos of London and continue the tradition!
