ABOUT ME

I'll tell you what I like and what I don't. Create my image in your mind and maybe some day you'd have a chance to verify it. :)
What I like/love: listening and talking to other people (in that order), meeting new people and trying to learn from them, reading latest page-turners ("Shopaholic..." series most of all!), dancing, singing (I can't sing but I like to do it anyway), sleeping, cooking (have a diploma), going for a long strolls, cardio-running, yoga, raspberrys, being surprised, watching football, sunny days - to name a few.
What I don't like: lies, not being on time (well, I'm becoming more "portuguese" about it ;P ), wasting time (mine and others as well), being unable to fulfill my promises, winter, having a bad-hair day.
In my work I meet plenty of people, mostly students, from entire Europe. It's amazing to experience such a diversity in customs and cultures they represent. Each of them is different and all of them are great people. Understanding them helps me becoming a better man.

PHILOSOPHY

In 2007 happend something that changed my life, made me to start catching every minute of it. I wish I never miss anything in my life again. Don't waste your time, live! And have no regrets, they don't work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Porto and in Italy and have nothing but great experience. I was lucky that people I came upon were more than just hosts to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Léon, Love Actually (I can't help myself from crying on those movies), Polish comedies from 80's, "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" - does everyone has his / her Maria Elena / Juan Antionio? Does everyone has his/her Oviedo...?
Music: Robbie Williams is the only one that I've always listened to and always will (and I don't care what others think about it). I have artists and songs that create soundtracks of my life, hard to list them all.
Recently the soundtrack to my life is created by:
Giulia y Los Tellarini, Dave Matthews Band, Chris Botti, Cansei de Ser Sexy, "Mamma Mia!" Soundtrack, Mariza, Moloko.
Books: Shadow of the Wind, Shopaholic series, Winnie the Pooh. I'm amazed by recently "discovered" Fernando Pessoa and his "Livro do Desassossego".
