About Me

CURRENT MISSION

trying to make this world a better place ;)

ABOUT ME

Some of my friends would probably say that i'm totally crazy! Thankfully, they would say this with a wink, because they know that i'm good to make fun with! :)
To be honest, sometimes the crazy part would be true :D. When i'm in a good mood and i think it's necessary to break the ice, what so ever, i can make a total idiot of myself to cheer up the people next to me :). I like to be around people, i enjoy good conversations with. Ironical conversations or serious conversations, i don't care. At least we are connecting :)
Some of the people around me would even don't egt it how open i am about new or different things and cultures and that i'm not swimming with the flow...it's not for everyone! ;)
But no worries! I'm also good to chill with, which is much easier with a good bottle of beer or wine! ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Don't do something to someone, you don't want someone doing to you! ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After a longer break, again my home is open for guests and in the future i would like to surf some couches, too :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

not so much. But these few were really nice! So i'm looking forward to make some more experiences!

Interests

I really like to meet other people from different countries and cultures to get to know the differences between other cultures. One of the best ways to do t, is to cook and eat meals form the different countries. I love foreign food! particularly the Turkish kitchen or eastern or southern Europe kitchen and especially the Asian kitchen :D
i love to travel and see awesome places which seem like no one else has been there before! they are probably hard to find but you could give it a try ;)

When i'm not out to explore the world, i like to do sports. my favorites are football (soccer) and bouldern. I also love music (indie/electro). I'm trying to learn to play guitar by myself...hopeless :) i also love to go to concerts or music festivals!

Music, Movies, and Books

i love dramatic movies, which are dealing with the reality like Gran Torino, City of God, The Shawshank Redemption and so on.
I love indie and electro music! Actually i need to have a guitar sound in the song. Not so hard rocking, a nice melody would be nice :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most awesome thing I've ever seen in my life was during my studies in Australia. We made a trip to the island called "Vanuatu" (next to the Fiji's). One evening i was alone on our little island where we stayed and i went to see the sunset. it was the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. there was not even a little cloud in the sky. it was the clearest sunset in my life at probably the best place of the world! During the sunset a fisherman was passing directly between me and the sun, which made this picture even more brilliant! i would love to be at this place again! you can check out a pic in my album! ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

i would love to have a good exchange with whoever you are and to learn some nice foreign recipes :)
