Hello,

we are a couple (Dona, 29, from Geneva, Switzerland, and Martin, 32, from Berlin, Germany). We took one year off from our occupations in Europe to finally travel a bit around the globe (Asia most of all).
We started in January 2015 and will travel until January 2016. So far we visited New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and right now we are in China. After that we would like to continue with Nepal and India.

I am travelling through Asia with my boyfriend and we love to meet local people whereever we arrive.

We are very interested in the local way of living, seeing the countries through the eyes of the local people and enjoy the cultural exchange such a travel has to offer.

I think we are easy to get along with, we don't have high demands regarding accomodation

Get one year off from our daily routine in Switzerland and Germany resp. and finally just do it: Travel for one year :)

We can share our experiences :P and we can try to teach you French or German which would be fun :)
We like to learn everything about the cultures and languages of Asia, hopefully from the Asian people themselves.
