I smile a frequently .... this is good judging by how it feels.
My life is simple and spacious. i teach music and play music,and love my friends. yoga and its philosiphies are of great fascination to me along with jazz and sound in general. painting is one of the best outlets for me at this point in life. i have a remarkable infatuation with geometry, the human body and its systems, the universe and its rhythms.

Interests

joyful human beings, especially my family and friends. sharing laughs and fresh lively food.listening... i love to listen and appreciate. o and gratitude is really refreshing too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

to witness the birth of my five younger brothers and my sister.to witness life and wonder which comes from moments of pure bliss which i am happy to say have been numerous in my life. these moments most often take place or are related to music, the ocean, the moon and stars, the sun, and the experience of a collective consciousness and the universal soul.
