My current mission is not to forget the world while learning so much medical stuff

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly and open-minded person, sometimes serious, sometimes lightheaded, always tolerant, relaxed, affectionate and creative.
Besides studying, I'm playing and teaching badminton, working on my doctoral thesis, working as a typist, photographing, killing kilometers on the highway from Rostock to Hamburg on the way to my girlfriend's place.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying not to take things too serious, while usually doing too many things in too little time - there is always a bigger fish

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm a total newbie to CS and I am looking for a place to stay for me and my girlfriend for the next week (or so).
As soon as my flatmate has bought himself a bed (which frees my spare matress) i'd be happy to welcome couchsurfers from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had no couchsurfing experiences at all so far, though I am hoping for many to come

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huge fan of a lot of movies, including the more mainstream ones (like pirates of the carribean, james bond or 21) and less mainstream ones (like pane e tulipani and several german films such as alles auf zucker of nachtgestalten).
The music I listen to depends very much of my mood. I'm a fan of the rolling stones, bob dylan, seeed, peter fox, gianna nannini, 99 posse, paolo conte, but also classical music and opera.
When I don't have to read books regarding my studies, I'm sticking my nose into books about photography, cookbooks or books in italian language.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing for anyone else would propably be to dive deep into shipwrecks or to swim face to face with dolphins.
The most amazing thing for myself would be asking my girlfriend to marry me :)

I like to teach, learn and share so many things: How to cook a great meal, how to take an amazing photo, how, where and when to dive, where to take a drink...
