ABOUT ME

A new hi...I am experiencing "Catholic Guilt" due to my lack of activity, etc. here and I am ashamed. However, luckily for you all, I am BACK. And reinvigorated after hosting so much in 2010-2011. -DH

Hi. I'm an Asian and extremely proud of it. Clean, nitpicky, and overtly critical, but I'm working on it. Knowledgeable on general things and strange other bits.

I love people. New people. Heck, I can talk to a wall and gain enjoyment. Possess Southern mannerisms such as smiling at everyone and starting conversations with strangers.

I am originally from Northwest Arkansas, Bentonville to be precise which is the hometown and offices of Wal-Mart and now I am in Chicago. I love living in Chicago though I do miss living in the South and love to travel around the ethnic neighborhoods and indulge in their respective culture. I do a lot of odd things/stuff: I own a Vespa and ride all around Chicago, I have an obsession with the CTA--trains and buses, exploring the neighborhoods, and eating and coffee. I am an avid cyclist, too.

I've been a long-time host since my move to Chicago.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did it! It finally worked out for me in June 2010 when I surfed in Milwaukee, WI! Many thanks to my hosts!

I sometimes receive requests to host, but my situation at the time prevents me. However, I have shown many request-ers around Chicago.

In September 2010, I hosted my FIRST BATCH of Surfers--Germans! LOVED THE EXPERIENCE IMMENSELY! :)

Now, I have too many places on my list to travel to now.
