About Me

I've lived in PNW, Portland for 24 years, now Olympia & Seattle area.

Originally from upstate, NY I developed a deep appreciation for nature and became a good steward to our planet. At age 14, I backpacked Mt Marcy for 1 week. Ever since I am an avid hiker and swim year round in the Puget Sound w/o a wetsuit.

I have a daily meditation practice that brings me great joy.. I love cats and dogs and do overnight pet sitting to get my "pet fix". 've studied with well-known teachers and Neuroscientists about our minds and how thoughts play a vital role in our lives and healing from disease. I'm self employed as a Life Coach and Meditation Teacher. I'm grateful to have a career to help people development an awareness and skills to utilize their mind to maintain a healthy body and emotionally balanced human being, no matter what trauma you experienced. A Seattle cardiologists refers some patients who do not want to take RX drug and understand we can heal ourselves. Our world is changing for the better for those with willingness to learn and evolve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel more while I'm self employed as I can work from anywhere. I've been to Maui numerous times, Mexico, Canada, St. Thomas and taken cruises. I want to explore the world soon, hopefully use CouchSurfing to meet residents and fascinating people to learn about the culture.

Locally in WA state I like to visit Olympia and certain Puget Sound areas throughout WA. My creativity is enhanced when traveling and I so enjoy meeting the gracious host who open their homes. It's ok if you work and unavailable to visit. I bring my work with me. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite recent book is: Becoming Supernatural, by Dr Joe Dispenza.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2019 at a Dr. Joe Dispenza weeklong retreat, I climbed up a 40-foot tree. Once I climbed up the tree placing my feet on small staples in the tree, I walked across a cable sideways, hanging onto one rope until I could grab the next rope with my other hand. This was way out of my comfort zone :). Now that I completed it, I feel the benefits of pushing yourself out of your comfort zone!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love helping people and teaching them about the potential of their thoughts and the brain/mind connection! We have the greatest pharmacy between our ears, once we learn and then apply that wisdom. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm well rounded and enjoy hearing about people's journey's both traveling and their soul's journey.
I've been fortunate enough to have my brain mapped (EEG) and my energy measured by GDV camera to document the effects of meditation and understanding energy and other universal laws and the enhancement on my human biofield!

Countries I’ve Visited
