Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met a beautiful soul from Portugal who explained how wonderful Couchsurfing could be and I thought I would give it a try. Currently, I am a part of an International Travelers organization called Servas. Servas is all about meeting locals and sharing culture. Couchsurfing just seemed like another outlet to meet amazing people around this globe.

Interests

I am always open to trying new activities. At the moment Scuba diving is my absolute favorite! Adventure sports definitely interest me I have tried skydiving, white-water rafting, canyoning, snowboarding and zip lining. I love to cook and share recipes from around the world. Music is magic for me so anytime I can enjoy it I will take the opportunity. I like everything from classical (especially cello) jazz, country, hip hop, classic rock, to blues. I have recently taken up yoga and I find that taking it in countries where I can't understand the language has taken it to a new level. Actively working on adding daily meditation into my routine.
