CURRENT MISSION

Russia? What is it? For a lot of people in Western Europe the country is a big mystery.

That’s why we are coming to Russia. For German TV and radio we are portraying couchsurfers during the football world championship.

We all traveled/couchsurfed through Russia already, so we know that a lot of the prejudices about the country are rubbish.

We are showing our viewers and listeners a different perspective on this country. The perspective of its people.

That’s why we want to hang out with Russians and hear about their life.

There isn’t one truth. There are just a lot of stories.

ABOUT US

We are three freelancing journalists working for Radio and TV.

David Donschen, 31 years
Philipp Katzer, 34 years
Raphael Jung, 35 years

We were all born and raised in Berlin.

Raphael did voluntary work for 1,5 years in Belarus, David studied in Estonia. So we used the proximity to travel through Russia.

For Philipp Russia is a beloved travel country. He traveled with the Trans-Mongolian railway and was partying in Moscow.
