Guys, please read the disclaimer below:

1) I only accept visitors who have positive reviews from other hosts or guests. Unless this is some emergency case. Like, for example, you're twin sister of Charlize Theron in desperate need of sex. If this is not the case and you don't have positive references from other hosts and/or guests - sorry, I won't be able to accept you.

2) If you have change of plans after you've confirmed your stay with me (which is quite probable scenario) - please inform me. Have some respect towards hosts and your fellow surfers who make requests for the dates reserved by you, which I have to decline on this basis.

3) Usually if I decline a request I explain the reason, but I may not. It's at my sole discretion. Thank you for understanding.

I duplicate it in Russian for my fellow compatriots (except for sex-with-Charlize-Theron-twin-sister-part, which doesn't sound that funny in Russian).

Для желающих остановиться у меня - пара правил:

1) Я принимаю только гостей с положительными отзывами от других хостов или гостей. Если у вас их нет - скорее всего, я не смогу вас принять, извините.

2) Если ваши планы поменялись после того, как вы подтвердили свое пребывание у меня (что является вполне вероятным сценарием) - пожалуйста, сообщите об этом. Имейте уважение как к хостам, так и своим камрадам-серферам, чьи запросы на зарезервированные вами даты я вынужден отклонять.

3) Обычно если я отклоняю запрос на ночлег я объясняю причину, но объяснений может и не быть - это сугубо на мое усмотрение. Спасибо за понимание.
