About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel whenever it is possible

ABOUT ME

I'm 31-years-old. I live currently in Brattleboro, VT.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It is not really possible for us at this time to host anyone in our home; however, I was born in this area, in Brattleboro, and I know it very well and much of Vermont. I would enjoy meeting people who are traveling here and I can show you where to eat or go swimming or skiing/snowboarding or maybe help you figure out where you can stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have a lot of couchsurfing.com experiences but I know several people who used it in combination with things like HelpX and WWOOF. It is a very awesome idea and I would like to participate more. I don't have as much time for travel as I would like.

Interests

I am interested in food, in cooking, in eating/being healthy, in computers and the Internet, web design/development, artistic endeavors however defined, and sometimes I write things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like films very much and I will watch (almost) anything at least once. But I tend to prefer slower films with interesting connections and concepts and character development. I like films that do not necessarily resolve all conflicts and are more realistic about the world.

I listen to all music, but tend to stay away from what is the most popular like billboard top hits type stuff.

Books I read a lot of books, mostly poetry and classics and non-fiction/science stuff, as well as some modern and contemporary stuff.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a lot of experience with technology, especially IP networking and computers and web development. I have trained people in these areas professionally.

I do a lot of other things, but I'm not sure I'd be qualified to teach anyone.

Things I would like to learn are sewing and woodworking, and more about organic gardening.
