A young aspiring creative writer. I'm currently a chef de cuisine and mixologist in training. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 8 years do food is not only something I eat it I was my life. I breath and live food. Because of my passion for the culinary arts I began moving my way around the industry because of my love for tea in all its glory I figured to broaden my culinary horizons by diving into the pool of mixology. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger". Writing is my life and my passion. I've been writing my whole life. I've been publish a few times in the past for my short stories and even managed to get a haiku published my first shot at it. I'm actually working on 2 books at the moment, one is a novel the other is a compilation of my short stories. In writer with over 15 short stories finished and easily more than 33 poems and free writes completed.I'm a painter as well who enjoy big scale painting. My last finished piece measure 25ft x80in

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided last year to travel the country (first) via amtrack to view places, people, and things Ive possibly been missing out on. I'm in the beginning stages of creating a blog and a coffee table book about my adventures around the country and the people I cross paths with. I feel there is a very serious story to tell about the people, the country and beyond, I want to be the person to write and record it. I want to meet as many people and tell their story. NY can be a very isolated place and like myself I always wonder, what are the people like in Arizona? Or wonder what people pare doing in Memphis right now. I believe couch surfer can help me get to those people.

Music...hands down stone temple pilots, Alice in chains, system of a down, Metallica, charged GBH, slipknots, sonic youth, bully currington, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia line, Cole swindle, Tim McGraw, Garth brooks,Richard Elliot. I'm a big grunge 90's fan don't listen to much music produced nowadays. I'm big on Rock, calypso, cool and smooth jazz, country ( I get a lot of heat for Lol). Movies all of Quentin tarrintino films, more into indie films like Fargo, grifters, tales from the crypt, twilight zone!!!! and anything Kevin spacey. Books praise of folly, Oliver Twist, biology meets psychology, 21 tales of the afterlife (good read it's on perceptions of the afterlife), the break of theater.

I can teach anyone anything about cooking, creative writing, English language, mixology, humor, absolutely anything about the restaurant industry or even trying to set someone up with a kitchen job here in NY.
