LITTLE BIO

I was born in Montreal, Canada in the late 90's and my parents are from Venezuela. So I speak, Spanish, French and English and now I am learning Portuguese. I am studying in cooking school.

MY MISSION

Meeting new people, making friends, connecting with them, exchanging knowledge and cultures.

Discovering new flavours and sounds. I want to learn new techniques and recipes. I am really passionate about food, not only eating it, but also the making of it. I want to learn how to do it from scratch ideally.

I want to learn new dances and music as well.

PHILOSOPHY

Gratitude, Love and Respect are a must for me

Everyday, even the sad ones, are a gift. Being grateful for everything that is happening right now is this very moment. Celebrating every little thing. Even through tough times, being grateful for the transformation that is happening. And when something good happens, celebrate!! Learning from everyone I encounter in my life. Love like there is no tomorrow. Out of the confort zone is where my life starts. Accepting and letting go. Being at peace.

**My philosophy about cooking is that, learning how to cook my own meals everyday, is an act of independence towards the food industry making me the decider of how I feed myself and doing it all by myself, while celebrating food and sharing it with my community.**

PERSONALITY

I'll maybe look shy at first, but when I get comfortable, bare yourself... hahaha jk.. but really. I want to try new things and getting out of my comfort zone.

I am very open minded, helpful and empathic. I don't like drama though, I hope we will be able to communicate in a respectful way and always be sincere to each other.
